I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which boasts a fantastic location just two blocks from the main train station-ideal for catching trains and exploring Zurich. My room was small but tidy, with a cozy atmosphere that felt more like a charming boutique than a typical hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Carlos, who helped us out when we faced an initial hiccup with our booking. However, I did find the room a bit noisy at times, especially facing the street, which might be something to consider if you're a light sleeper.
